Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and VaultAI LLC (“RoofRep,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you're using RoofRep on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms for that company.

1. What RoofRep is

RoofRep is a field-sales tool for residential roofing reps. It surfaces AI-qualified, GPS-verified leads, coaches your door knocks, and tracks your performance. Leads are suggestions to help you work efficiently — they are not guarantees of a sale, an appointment, or homeowner interest.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• Free accounts require a company email address. Paid accounts may use any email.
• You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or scrape leads or other data from the service.
• Share one account across multiple reps (each rep needs their own seat).
• Use the service to harass homeowners or violate any do-not-knock, do-not-call, trespassing, or solicitation law.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or build a competing product from the service.
• Interfere with the service's operation or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to door-to-door sales in the areas where you work, including local permitting and no-solicitation rules.

4. Billing

Paid plans bill monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Cancellations, refunds, and our 14-day money-back guarantee are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.

5. Data and ownership

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Property, imagery, and owner information shown in the app comes from third-party and public sources and may be incomplete or out of date; verify anything you rely on.

Our data. RoofRep and VaultAI LLC own all right, title, and interest in the service and in the data generated by or through it — including the leads we assign, property and owner records, GPS-verified knock and visit records, AI analyses and scorecards, performance and standings data, and all aggregated, derived, statistical, and de-identified data. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you; your subscription is a license to use the service, not a sale of data.

Your content. You keep ownership of the notes, photos, and other content you create in the app. You grant VaultAI LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, analyze, aggregate, and commercialize that content in order to operate, improve, and commercialize the service. This license continues after you stop using the service or delete your account.

Derived & de-identified data. We may create aggregated and de-identified data from your use of the service and your content (data that doesn't reasonably identify you). We own that data and may use, retain, and share it for any purpose, including after your account ends. We may also assign or transfer the rights in this section to a successor — for example in a financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of the business or its assets (see “Business transfers” in our Privacy Policy).

6. Service availability

We work to keep RoofRep available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, VaultAI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost sales. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service and cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (billing owed, limitations of liability, dispute terms) will survive.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, emailed to account holders. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
