Refund & Cancellation Policy

RoofRep is subscription software operated by VaultAI LLC. Because it's digital software delivered instantly, there's nothing to physically return — so this policy covers how subscriptions are billed, cancelled, and refunded.

Free plan

The Free plan costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund. You can stop using it or delete your account at any time.

14-day money-back guarantee (your first paid plan)

We want you to close a deal before you ever pay for a second month. If you upgrade to a paid plan (Pro, Elite, or Teams) for the first time and you're not satisfied, email us at info@roofrep.pro within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund that charge in full. This guarantee applies once per account, to your first paid subscription only.

Monthly subscriptions

Paid plans bill monthly, in advance. After your first month:

• You can cancel anytime from Account → Billing (or by emailing us). Cancelling stops all future charges.
• When you cancel, your paid features stay active through the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't prorate or refund the unused part of a month, except under the 14-day guarantee above or where required by law.
• Renewal charges (any month after your first) are non-refundable — but you can cancel before the next renewal date to avoid being charged again.

Teams (per-seat)

• Teams bill per seat, with a 5-seat minimum.
• Adding seats mid-cycle is prorated automatically. Removing seats takes effect at the next renewal.
• The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to a team's first charge.

Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, contact us and we'll refund the incorrect amount in full — every time, regardless of the timeframes above.

How to request a refund

Email info@roofrep.pro from the email address on your account, and tell us which charge and why. We review every request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us first — we can almost always sort it out faster than a bank dispute can. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended while we investigate.

What isn't refundable

• Leads, AI analyses, and other usage already delivered during a paid period — these are consumed services.
• Renewal charges beyond your first month, outside the 14-day guarantee.
• Charges more than 90 days old, except where required by law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, emailed to active subscribers.
