Privacy Policy

This policy explains what VaultAI LLC (“RoofRep”) collects when you use the service, why, and the choices you have. We sell software, not your data — we don't sell or rent your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

What we collect

• Account info — your name, email, company, and role when you sign up.
• Usage and location — the leads you're assigned, knocks you log, your in-app activity, and (with your permission) your device location to surface nearby leads and verify visits.
• Knock recordings — if you use AI coaching, the audio/transcript of a knock you choose to analyze, used to generate your scorecard.
• Billing info — handled by Stripe; we store a customer reference and subscription status, never your full card number.
• Device and log data — standard technical data (browser, IP, timestamps) to keep the service secure and working.

Property and owner data

The property, satellite/street imagery, and owner-contact information shown in the app comes from third-party and publicly available sources. We cache it to operate the service. It's provided to help you do your job and may be incomplete or out of date.

How we use it

• To run the service — assign leads, verify knocks, score your performance, and track standings.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send transactional messages (receipts, lead alerts, account notices) and, if you opt in, product updates.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and improve how it works.

Who we share with

We share data only with the service providers that make RoofRep run, including:

• Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication), and our hosting and database providers.
• If you're on a Team plan, your manager can see your activity and standings within that team.
• A buyer or successor if the business is sold or transferred (see Business transfers below).
• Authorities when required by law, or to protect rights and safety.

We don't sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers, and we don't share it for third-party advertising. Sharing with the service providers above, and a transfer of the business itself, are not that kind of sale.

Business transfers

RoofRep is a business asset of VaultAI LLC. If we raise financing or go through a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or a sale of all or part of the business or its assets, the information we hold — including account and usage data — may be transferred to, or accessed by, the parties to that transaction and the successor entity as part of it. Any successor will be bound by this policy, or will give you notice if a materially different policy applies.

Aggregated & de-identified data

We create aggregated and de-identified data from activity on the service — information that doesn't reasonably identify you, such as market-level lead and roof statistics. This data is not personal information, and we may use, retain, and share it for any purpose — including improving and commercializing the service — without restriction and including after your account ends.

Your choices

• You can turn location sharing on or off in your device settings (some features need it to work).
• You can opt out of non-essential email from the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
• You can request a copy or deletion of your account data by emailing us; we'll respond within 30 days.

Data retention & security

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers — though no system is 100% secure.

Children

RoofRep is for working adults and isn't directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, emailed to account holders.
